Dr. Thomas Dalsaso was raised in Colorado Springs.  He is a graduate of Air Academy High School and the University of Notre Dame where he majored in studio art – sculpture.  After finishing near the top of his class at St. Louis University School of Medicine, he remained at SLU to complete a general surgery internship and residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery.  He then completed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery under the legendary Dr. J. Regan Thomas and had a teaching appointment at St. Louis University Hospital. He achieved board certification in both otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery prior to returning home to Colorado Springs in 1999, where he accomplished his lifelong dream of joining his father in practice for what would be 18 amazing years.

Dr. Dalsaso has been passionately devoted to plastic surgery of the face, head and neck for over 25 years and has performed over 10,000 surgeries in Colorado Springs since starting his practice.  He is in solo practice and his special interests include reconstruction of facial soft tissue defects due to cancer, Mohs surgery or trauma, rejuvenation (cosmetic) surgeries of eyelids, face and neck, rhinoplasty and nasal airway surgery for correction of deformities and airway problems, revision of scars and excision of benign and malignant facial lesions.  With his fine arts background he is  proudly able to use his degree and training every day in creating surgical masterpieces for his patients.

On a personal level, Dr. Dalsaso met his wife in junior high school.  They have been married 32 years and raised 5 children.  Hobbies include his horses, golf, fishing and gardening.
